I'm so excited! Oh, so excited! Excited about TWO GREAT programs coming up very soon!
Florida Extension Agents Linda Bowman and Dorothy Lee are getting us in the Holiday Spirit and will present our first county program. It's called:

Cost: $5
We are inviting all you folks from Escambia County, Florida, Santa Rosa County and surrounding Alabama counties to join us for this class. It's ideal for the diabetic or friends and love ones that are diabetic. The class will include setting goals for the holiday, preparing healthy and tasty holiday foods and planning tips for the holidays.
We promise you fun, fellowship and good holiday treats. Handouts and tasting party will be included. Door prizes including drawings for Bayer Healthcare Glucose Monitors will be offered.
