Many factors to consider before kids begin hunting

The risk of accident is there for hunters of all ages, but Brewton Medical Center psychologist Dr. Bob DeFrancisco said there is an added risk for young hunters.
DeFrancisco said the background a family has with hunting often has an impact as to how well a young hunter can accept the killing.
DeFrancisco recommends young hunters to be gradually acclimated to hunting.
DeFrancisco said there are also some psychological issues adults have to deal with when they allow children to hunt.
