According to the Alabama State Troopers, Dale Ralph Ivey, 26, of Brewton, was killed when the 1991 Ford Festiva he was driving north on Appleton Road, ran head-on into a 2001 Ford F-150 driven by Rebecca Kent West, 32, of Castleberry.
