Mr. T.J. Grantham, 76, of East Brewton, died Saturday, Nov. 19, 2005, at a Baldwin County medical facility after an extended illness. He was a life-long resident of East Brewton, and owned and operated T.J. Grantham's Trailer Park. He was a U.S. Army veteran and a member of East Brewton Baptist Church. He was active with the senior citizens' at the East Brewton Civic Center. He was preceded in death by his wife, Janet Billy Grantham, and two sons, Mark and Jeff Grantham.
He is survived by a son, Richard Grantham of Pensacola, Fla.; two daughters, Elizabeth Grantham of East Brewton, and Diane (Stephen) Brissette of East Brewton; four brothers, Thomas “Pee Wee” Grantham, Ray Grantham and Frank Grantham, all of East Brewton, and Don Grantham of Montgomery; one sister, Nell Green of Montgomery; nine grandchildren; six great grandchildren and other relatives and friends.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, Nov. 22, at 10 a.m. at Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home with the Rev. Fred Billy officiating. Burial followed at Fort Crawford Cemetery with Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home directing.
