Gadsden State edges JDCC

Gadsden State buried 13 three-pointers and held on in the second half for an 86-81 win over the Jefferson Davis Community College Warhawks Saturday in Brewton.
The Warhawks (4-4) trailed 43-33 at halftime, but rallied and got as close as three-points in the second half.
Arthur Richardson led JDCC with 19 points, while Kedric Wilson added 18 points and a team high seven rebounds.
The Warhawks open up Alabama Community College Conference play Thursday when they travel to L.B. Wallace for a 7 p.m. game.
