Mr. Tommy Jordan, 60, died Dec. 9, 2005. He was a former resident of Brewton and a resident of Jay, Fla. He was a member of Pleasant Grove Missionary Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Willie B. Jordan and Lessie Jones Jordan; his brothers, Bill and James Jordan; his sister, Corena Davis and step-grandson, Carl Hosford.
He is survived by his wife, Mary Alice Jordan of Jay; a son, Tony (Jennifer) Jordan of Brewton; three stepsons, Robert (Faye) Holliman of Pensacola, Fla., Ronald (Becky) Holliman and Rodney Holliman, both of Brewton; one daughter, Michele Jordan of Brewton; two stepdaughters, Robin (Ronnie) Sumler of Milton, Fla. and Rhonda (Steven) Hosford of Castleberry; a brother, Robert Jordan of Jay; three sisters, Lillian (Hoover) Harris and Dorothy Flowers, both of Jay, and Myrtis (Buddy) Nims of Pace, Fla.; three grandchildren; 13 step grandchildren and one step-great grandchild.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, Dec. 13, at 1 p.m. with Bro. Gordon Dillashaw and Bro. Wesley Patrick officiating. Burial followed at Pine Grove Cemetery with Jay Funeral Home directing. Pallbearers were Ronald McCall, Calvin Flowers, Kenny Flowers, Curtis Cook, Ben Hudson and Kenneth Dunn.
