Mr. Charles Edward Beasley, 61, died Friday, Feb. 10, 2006, at a Mobile hospital. He was a native and lifelong resident of Flomaton. He was an employee of Smurfit Stone for 43 years, attended the Moyeville Baptist Church and was preceded in death by his wife, Carol Beasley.
He is survived by two sons, David (Connie) Beasley of Danville, Ken., and Michael A. (Tracey) Beasley of Flomaton; a daughter, Kelly (Ronnie) Dove of Flomaton; a brother, Frank (Sue) Beasley of Flomaton and seven grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Monday, Feb. 13, at 11 a.m. at the Petty-Eastside Chapel Funeral Home with the Rev. James Pugh officiating. Burial followed at Traveler's Rest Cemetery with Petty-Eastside directing.
