Mr. James Matthew “Red” Wachob, 90, died Feb. 20, 2006, in Chipley, Fla. He was a native of Alford, Fla. and a long time resident of Chipley. He was a member of the Chipley Church of Christ and was preceded in death by a son, James Arlon Wachob.
He is survived by his wife, Beavy Wachob of Chipley; a son, Aaron (Emma) Wachob of Brewton; a daughter, Ellen W. (Rodger) Kott of Eufaula; a sister, Helen Thompson of St. Louis, Mo.; four grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held today, Wednesday, Feb. 22, at 2 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home Chapel with Minister Wes Webb officiating. Burial will follow at Glenwood Cemetery with Brown Funeral Home directing.
