The Jefferson Davis Community College Foundation will present Art and Architecture: Brewton's Spring Tour of Homes on Thursday, April 6, from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m.
The homes of Joe and Carol Gordy, Paul and Kate Owens, Bob and Gail Smith, and Buddy and Sandra Weaver will be featured in the fundraising event.
JDCC Foundation board member Rosemary Jernigan is chairing the committee who is coordinating the tour.
Corporate sponsors for Art and Architecture include BankTrust, T. R. Miller Mill Company/Cedar Creek, First Progressive Bank, Natural Decorations, Inc., Smurfit Stone Container Enterprises, Inc., , and Bank of Brewton. Patrons include Hines Realty, Susan and Reid McBride, and Heffernan Holland Morgan Architecture.
Proceeds from the Tour of Homes support the JDCC Foundation's commitment to providing educational opportunities for future generations. Tickets are available in two levels.
Excursion tickets include tours of the featured homes. In addition, the owners of Natural Decorations, Inc., makers of premier floral decorations, will provide gifts for those who tour their facility.
Lunch will be provided for holders of Excursion Tickets at the Country Club of Brewton. Tickets are $50 and are available at JDCC. For tickets or information, call 809-1550.
Tour tickets open to the doors to the four featured homes. Tickets are $25 and are available at The Cracked Pot, The Treasure Chest, McMillan Wingate, BankTrust, and Bank of Brewton.
