Mrs. Rochelle N. Nolen, 78, of Appleton Road, died Sunday, March 12, 2006, at a local nursing facility after an extended illness. She was a native and lifelong resident of Brewton and was a homemaker. She was of the Latter Day Saints faith.
She is survived by three sons, Eddie (Linda) Nolen and Larry (Yvonne) Nolen, both of Brewton and Tony (Frances) Nolen of Decatur; two daughters, B.J. (Sammy) Evans and Charlotte Nolen, both of Brewton; 16 grandchildren and 26 great grandchildren.
Graveside funeral services were held Tuesday, March 14, at 11 a.m. at Union Cemetery with Bro. Earnie Calhoun officiating and Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home directing. Pallbearers were Kurt Nolen, Terry Beasley, Jeff Evans, Nathan Evans, Roland Bradley and Evans McPherson. Honorary pallbearers were Ben Chandler and Nell Nolen.
