How many times have I decided to try a new recipe only to find that the chocolate squares I had hidden in the freezer have been the victim of a couple of munchers in the house? You, too?
There are many recipes out there in the cookbooks of the world that call for ingredients we run out of regularly. There are also recipes that call for some seemingly unusual ingredients that we hate to purchase for fear that we'll not like it and never use it again. I have some really strange seasonings in my pantry as a result of this phenomenon.
