Mr. James Dennis &#8220Jamie” Pugh Jr., 24, died Thursday, April 6, 2006. He was a native of Lee County and a resident of Auburn. He was a member of Auburn United Methodist Church and the owner of Pugh &Son Construction. He was preceded in death by his mother, Fran Lett Tucker and his grandparents, Avon and Peggy Lett and Carl Pugh.
He is survived by his wife, Jennifer Gullatt Pugh of Auburn; his father, James Dennis (Michelle) Pugh Sr. of Dadeville; his stepfather, Ronnie (Debbie) Tucker of Brewton; his sister, Ashley (Dewayne) Hutchins of Auburn; his step-sister, Jessi Cole of Auburn; his grandmother, Annie Ruth Pugh of Auburn; six uncles, Jerry ( Tamsie) Pugh of Atlanta, Ga., Mike (Susie) Pugh, Steve (Cara Mia) Pugh, Gary (Kay Anne) Pugh and Miles (Sheila) Lett, all of Auburn, and Scotty (Hattie) Lett of Opelika; three nieces and one nephew and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services were held Monday, April 10, at 11 a.m. at Auburn United Methodist Church with the Rev. Dr. George Mathison officiating. Burial followed at Auburn Memorial Park Cemetery with Jeffcoat-Trant Funeral Home directing.
