Mrs. Janie Gladys Brock, 86, died Sunday, April 9, 2006, in a local nursing home. She was a native of Wallace and had lived much of her life in Flomaton. She was a member of the Flomaton Pentecostal Holiness Church.
She is survived by her sons, Dillard (Nell) Brock of Bay Minette, Amon (Shirley) Brock of Flomaton, and Millard (Carolyn) Brock of Monroeville; 10 grandchildren; six great grandchildren and a devoted niece, Mary Ida Evans.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, April 11, at 10 a.m. at Flomaton Funeral Home with the Rev. Homer Stewart officiating. Burial followed at Rock Cemetery with Flomaton Funeral Home directing. Pallbearers were Mike Brock, Stony Brock, Matt Brock, Joey Brock, Mark Brock, Greg Brock, Brian Watson and Tommy Lawson.
