Mrs. Betty Grace Kelly Luttrell, 92, died April 28, 2006, in an Atmore hospital. She was a native of Repton and a resident of Atmore for many years. She had been a bookkeeper at Citizen's Bank and the Ford dealership in Brewton. She served as secretary to the county agent, H.H. Williamson and as secretary/treasurer of the family business, Batson Furniture in Atmore. She was an active member of First United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband of 67 years, Randy Luttrell and three brothers, C.M. Kelly, G.S. Kelly and former State Senator Lamar Kelly.
She is survived by a son, Rusty Luttrell of Atmore; a daughter, Betty Kendall of Parker, Colo.; a sister, Thera McCoy; a sister-in-law, Lucille Howell of Atmore; three grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, May 2, at 11 a.m. at First United Methodist Church with Dr. Doug Newton and the Rev. Dr. Wesley Kendall officiating. Burial followed at Oak Hill Cemetery with Johnson-Quimby Funeral Home directing.
