The Cardinals have opened up four-game lead in the Brewton Little League Age 9-10 division, while the Age 11-12 race has tightened up. The Astros are still on top, but the Dodgers have reduced that lead to just one and one-half games.
Age 9-10
Mets 17, Braves 14
METS: Zac Griffin had a double and scored two runs. Landen Huff and Dominique Jackson had a single and scored two runs. Lowell Swain had a single, a double and scored four runs. Lucas Agerton had a single and a double. Duncan Brittian had a single and scored thee runs.
BRAVES: Jones Manning scored two runs. Taylor Cordell had three singles and scored two runs. Dedrionne Lee had a triple, a homer and scored two runs. Dillan Etheridge scored three runs.
