Mrs. Irene Boutwell Hadley, 63, died Saturday, July 15, 2006, in Flomaton. She was a native and lifelong resident of Flomaton, an employee of Judy Bond for 29 years and attended the protestant Church.
She is survived by her lifelong companion, Miles Franklin of Brewton; a son, Norman Gregory (Tonya) Hadley of Flomaton; her daughter, Janet (Jerry) Blackburn of McCullough; two sisters, Inola Driver of Century, Fla., and Dorothy Bondurant of Flomaton; eight grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Monday, July 18, at 11 a.m. at the Petty Eastside Chapel Funeral Home with the Rev. Ernie Cawby officiating. Burial followed at Traveler's Rest Cemetery with Petty Eastside directing. Pallbearers were Troy Boutwell, Jason Williams, Phillip Fullerton, Daniel White, Adam Hadley and Michael Hadley.
