Quarterback Club meeting set
The T.R. Miller Quarterback Club will be holding a regular meeting on Monday, Aug. 7 beginning at 6 p.m. The meeting will be held in the fieldhouse.
Football program ad deadline set
If you are interested in placing an advertisement in the 2006 T.R. Miller football program you have until Aug. 4 to reserve your space.
All advertising information including photos or artwork must be in by 5 p.m. along with payment for the space.

Physicals set for
female athletes
W.S. Neal and T.R. Miller female athletes have been scheduled to receive their athletic physicals for the year.
The physicals will be given free of charge to athletes from both schools on Aug. 15 beginning at 6:30 p.m. at the science wing at T.R. Miller High School.
Meet the Lady Tigers night set
The T.R. Miller Lady Tigers volleyball team will give a sneak preview of the upcoming season when they hold &#8220Meet The Lady Tigers Night” Aug. 22 at the T.R. Miller gymnasium at 6:30 p.m. The team will play a scrimmage tune-up for the Aug. 24 home season opener game against Monre County.
W.S. Neal B-Team schedule set
The W.S. Neal B-Team football season is set to get underway on Sept. 11 with a home field opener. The game will be played against T.R. Miller's B-Team beginning at 6:30 p.m.
Other games scheduled for the Eagles are Andalusia, away on Sept. 18; Escambia County on Sept. 25 at home; T.R. Miller, away on Oct. 2; Andalusia at home on Oct. 9; and Escambia County in Atmore on Oct. 16.
Miller B-Team schedule set
The T.R. Miller B-Team football season is set to get under way on Sept. 5 with a traveling game against Monroe County.
The game will get under way at 6:30 p.m. Other games scheduled for the Tigers are W.S. Neal at Neal on Sept. 11; Escambia County at home on Sept. 18; Andalusia, away on Sept. 25; W.S. Neal at home on Oct. 2; Escambia County in Atmore on Oct. 9; and Andalusia at home on Oct. 16.
Deadline set for digest entries
To have information published in the Sports Digest section, all submissions must be in the office of The Brewton Standard by 10 a.m. Tuesdays and Fridays.
Information should include all information concerning events and a contact name and number in the event additional information is needed.
