A reported drive-by shooting last week remains under investigation as Brewton police investigators continue to question those involved.
The shooting occurred on Sept. 7 near the Rankin Street and Sowell Avenue in Brewton. Police combed the area for shell casings or any other evidence needed to aid in the investigation of the case.
Occupants of a residence in the 100 block of Rankin Street were questioned at the time of the incident. No injuries were reported in the incident.
