Mr. Bobby Ray McCraney, 61, of Andrew Jackson Street, died Sunday, Nov. 19, 2006, at his residence after an extended illness. He was a native of Rock Creek and a long time resident of East Brewton. He was a retired logger.
He is survived by a special friend, Marie McMillan of East Brewton; two brothers, Lee (Alene) McCraney of Florala and Nealy McCraney of Crestview, Fla.; a sister, Julia McCraney Jackson of Florala, and a number of nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, Nov. 21, at 10 a.m. at Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home with the Rev. James Pickron officiating. Burial followed at Mt. Zion Cemetery in Elba, with Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home directing.
