Thanks extended to volunteers
On behalf of our patients and families at Covenant Hospice I would like to thank and acknowledge our Covenant Hospice Volunteers and those in the community who helped our organization during this holiday season.
First, I am very grateful to everyone who played a part in making our annual Tree of Lights Celebration a big success. Our volunteers and the community gave not only their time but their donations. Without the community support, our special programs such as Bereavement and Chaplain Services would go unfunded and we could not continue to admit terminally ill patients based on need, not the ability to pay.
Secondly, I would like to thank those who helped put together holiday bags for our patients, so that every one of our patients received a present this year.  I was asked by those patients to thank each and everyone of you who donated your time, and for thinking of them this time of year.  You made their holiday much brighter this year.
Covenant Hospice is very blessed to have such wonderful people living in our community who are willing to help others in need.  On behalf of our patients, families, and volunteers, we want to thank you, and wish you Happy Holidays and a prosperous New Year.
