Mr. Jimmie Junior &#8220Jim” Wilson, 63, of River Road Circle, died Sunday, Jan. 7, 2007, at a Pensacola hospital after an extended illness. He was a native and lifelong resident of Brewton. He was a retired truck driver with Escambia County, Ala., and was of the Protestant faith.
He is survived by his wife, Carol Walker Wilson of Brewton; a son, Matthew Wilson of Greenville; a daughter, Amanda Wilson of East Brewton; two brothers, I.J. Wilson and Jeppie Wilson, both of Brewton; a sister, Jewel Gantt of Brewton and a host of nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, Jan. 10, at 10 a.m. at Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home with Bro. Kenneth Martin officiating. Burial will follow at Cooper Cemetery in the Appleton community with Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home directing.
