Pianist to perform for arts show

The Brewton Council of the Arts will present Bob Geresti, world-renowned piano soloist, at 7 p.m. Tuesday at Jefferson Davis Community College's Woodfin Patterson Auditorium.
Geresti will be performing Broadway, Christmas, movie themes, hymns, wedding and original piano music.
Geresti is a native of Pittsburgh, Pa., and began studying music at the age of 10. He went on to study piano performance at West Virginia University. He has numerous albums and singles available and does not limit himself to one particular type of music. His albums are played in airports, major shopping malls, restaurants and many other public places.
His “Speak Softly To Me” album is in the top 25 list of best sellers in the QRS Catalogue.
