Mrs. Ida Mae Kelly, 94, died Sunday, Feb. 4, 2007, in a local hospital. She was a native of Brewton and had been a resident of Pollard for most of her life. She was a homemaker and a member of Pollard United Methodist Church where she served as a Sunday school teacher and was a member of the Lucille Vincent Ladies Circle.
She is survived by her husband, Edd Leigh Kelly of Pollard and nieces, nephews and cousins.
Funeral services were held on Tuesday, Feb. 6, at 2 p.m. from the chapel of Craver's Funeral Home with the Rev. Frank Scott and the Rev. Bert Weis officiating. Burial followed at Hillcrest Cemetery near Pollard with Craver's Funeral Home directing. Pallbearers were John Buesing, Douglas Finlay, Mike Carter, Johnny White, Johnny Jarrett and Hugh White.
