Mr. Harry Truman Evans, 61, died Saturday, March 10, 2007, in a Pensacola healthcare facility. He was a native and life long resident of the Brewton area and was of the Baptist faith. He was preceded in death by his parents, Samuel Rufus Evans and Delia Mae Fuqua Evans; and two brothers, William Evans and Greel Evans.
He is survived by two brothers, Robert (Corinne) Evans of Enterprise, and John (Mary) Evans of Jay, Fla.; three sisters, Carolyn (DeWayne) Harris of East Brewton, Marie (Jimmy) Wilson of Birmingham, and Lottie Bramlett of Panama City, Fla.; and a number of nieces and nephews.
Graveside services were held Saturday, March 17, at 2 p.m. at Damascus Cemetery with the Rev. Doug Greer officiating and Craver's Funeral Home directing.
