Brewton's Relay For Life committee is offering a night out for a good cause.
Relay Night at the Club is scheduled for 7 p.m. Friday, March 30, at the Country Club of Brewton. Tickets are $30 for singles and $50 per couple.
The event will feature heavy hors d'oeuvres, live entertainment, door prizes and a cash bar. Attire is dress casual.
The Night at the Club is designed to help defray expenses of this year's Relay event, which raises money for the American Cancer Society's research and outreach programs.
Relay For Life is an all-night celebration that will be held at the Brewton YMCA on April 28. The event features teams from around the community - sponsored by businesses, churches and individuals - who raise money throughout the year through various activities.
The event includes games, food and a survivors' lap that honors those who have beaten cancer. Anyone who knows a cancer survivor to be honored at the event can call Marcia De Graaf at 809-8309.
It is not too late to form a team for the event.
