Reward offered for fugitive

Brewton Police have cash available to the person or persons who provide information that leads to the arrest of Kevin Deandrea Campbell.
Campbell, who is identified as a 19-year-old black male, is wanted by Brewton Police and other members of the Drug Task Force in connection with a drug bust and seizure on Mar. 12.
Campbell, who is also known as “Yak”, resides at 1306 Sowell Avenue, which was the scene of the drug bust that netted three other arrests.
Arrested in the case were Reco McNeal of 700 Lovelace Avenue in East Brewton; Barbara Ann Peterson of 1306 Sowell Avenue in Brewton and Sedric Howard of 100 Montgomery Street in Brewton. Peterson has been identified by police as the mother of the missing suspect.
Howard and Peterson were both released on $20,000 bond while McNeal remains in custody at the Escambia County Detention Center in Brewton.
The trio was charged with unlawful possession of a controlled substance; unlawful possession of marijuana, first degree; and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
The charges stemmed from a search warrant being executed
Anyone with information on the location of Campbell is urged to call the Brewton Police Department at 867-3212. If the information provided leads to the arrest of the suspect, a reward will be paid.
