Mr. Michael Edward Capps, 68, of Willow Lane, died Friday, April 6, 2007, in a local hospital after an extended illness. He was a native and life-long resident of Brewton. He was of the Methodist faith and retired from T.R. Miller Mill Company.
He is survived by his wife, Annie Ruth Kiser Capps of Brewton; two sons, Philip (Sandy) Capps and James Edward Capps, both of Brewton; a daughter, Dianna Capps (Ricky) Wilson of Brewton; one brother, William Wesley Capps of Brewton; two sisters, Linda (Walter) Travis and Judy Lester, both of Brewton and nine grandchildren.
Graveside funeral services were held Sunday, April 8, at 2 p.m. at Travis Cemetery on Travis Cemetery with Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home directing.
