Mr. Thomas Leland Woodcock Jr., 46, died Thursday, May 10, 2007 in Atmore. He was a native of Pensacola, Fla., a former resident of Flomaton and Brewton, and a resident of Atmore for the past year. He attended the Baptist Church and was preceded in death by his father, Thomas Leland Woodcock Sr.
He is survived by his wife, Lynn Woodcock of Atmore; his mother, Judith Wilson of Brewton; four sons, Jonathan Woodcock of Dayton, Fla., Matthew Davis of Pace, Fla., Adrian Peters of Atmore and Brian Peters of Altus, Okla.; his daughter, Katie Peters of Atmore; his grandmother, Agnes Roberts of Marble Falls, Texas; four brothers, Michael L. Woodcock of Navarre, Fla., David Woodcock and John C. Woodcock, both of Brewton and James Woodcock of Pensacola; and his sister, Krystal Woodcock of Brewton.
Funeral services were held Monday, May 14, at 2 p.m. at the Petty-Eastside Chapel Funeral Home with the Rev. Mike King officiating. Burial followed at Weaver Cemetery. Pallbearers were Chris Woodcock, Michael Woodcock, David Woodcock, Stephen Thomas, Paul Sims and Kearnest Gantt.
