Mrs. Doris Andrews Rodgers, 80, of Appleton Road, died Thursday, May 17, 2007, at her residence after an extended illness. She was a native of Repton, and a long time resident of Brewton, a homemaker and a member of the Community of Christ Church.
She is survived by a daughter, Martha (Calvett) Pettis of Brewton; a sister-in-law, Frances Andrews of East Brewton, and two grandsons, Jason (Carol) Pettis and Shon Pettis.
Funeral services were held Saturday, May 19, at 10 a.m. at Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home with Elder Wayne Morris officiating. Burial followed at Weaver Cemetery with Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home directing.
