Mrs. Evelyn Juanita Colvin, 67, of U.S. 29, died Friday, June 15, 2007, at a Pensacola hospice facility after an extended illness. She was a native of Foley, and a longtime resident of Escambia County. She was a homemaker and of the Nazarene faith.
She is survived by her son, Ricky Allen Nicholson of Elk City, Okla.; two brothers, Joseph Colvin of Pensacola, and George Colvin of Milton, Fla.; and two grandchildren; and friends, Pansy and Michael Mitchell of Brewton.
Graveside services were held Tuesday, June 19, at 2 p.m. at Welcome Cemetery in Evergreen, with Brother Kenneth Martin officiating and Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home directing.
