With just one week before the big Independence Day celebration, it is time now to get out the recipe files and find a really good ice cream recipe.
Some of my fondest childhood memories that are connected with July 4th are centered around making ice cream. Back in my day ice cream called for milk, sugar, flavoring and lots of elbow grease.
