LuDon Simmons just goes with the flow when it comes to youth All-Star baseball coverage on WEBJ Radio.
Simmons is in his third summer of assisting Dunaway during the All-Star season. The pair has worked together nine years with football broadcasts.
Simmons' baseball involvement goes beyond the airwaves. He has been involved in 21 seasons of coaching youth baseball, 18 at the age 11-12 level and three at the age 7-8 level.
Dunaway said Simmons' presence is a valuable tool for WEBJ.
Simmons said broadcasting baseball comes easy to him.
Simmons said the All-Star season is a challenge from a time standpoint.
Simmons gets a lot of satisfaction when the local teams fare well.
