Mr. Thomas Keith McConnico, 49, died Thursday, July 12, 2007, at his residence. He was a native and resident of Brewton, and was a member of Second Saint Siloam Missionary Church. He was preceded in death by his mother, Ella McConnico Smith and his grandparents, Alex and Hattie McConnico.
He is survived by his father, Douglas Barton of Chicago, Ill; his grandmother, Ruth Smith of Brewton; seven brothers, James McConnico, Ronald Smith, and Randy Smith, all of Brewton, Joseph Barton of Saint Louis, Mo., Swan Barton and Andre Keene, both of Chicago; seven sisters, Tina Smith and Stephanie Smith, both of Brewton, Constance Barton and Vickie Barton, both of Detroit, Ill., Regina Barton, Felicia Barton and Tina Barton, all of Chicago.
Memorial services were held Wednesday, July 18, at 11 a.m. at Second Saint Siloam Missionary Baptist Church with pastor Willie J. Blue officiating. Burial followed at the adjoining cemetery with Turner Funeral Chapel of Atmore directing.
