Ms. Patricial &#8220Pat” Ward, 60, died Sunday, Aug. 5, 2007. She was a native of Walton County, Fla., a fomer resident of Okaloosa County, and a resident of Brewton for the past 25 years. She was preceded in death by a brother, David Garnett. She is survived by her children, Karen (Sammy) Thomas, Kim (Willie) Salter, Charlene Cornell, Tammy Ward and Lonnie Ward; two sisters, Barbara Ward and Mary Lou Huckaba; and eight grandchildren, Blake Thomas, Destiney Salter, Hayden Salter, J.J. Cox, Justin Cox, Ashley Ward, Haley Ward and Lonnie Ward.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, Aug. 9, at 11 a.m. in the chapel of Brackney Funeral Service and Pastor Larry Batson officiating. Burial will follow at Milligan Cemetery with Brackney Funeral Service directing.
