Mr. Charles &#8220Chuck” Dewitt Agerton, 46, of Snider Road, died suddenly Friday, Aug. 18, 2007, at his residence. He was a native and lifelong resident of Brewton. He was a member of North Brewton Baptist Church and was general manager of Goodway Refining Company.
He is survived by his mother, Nadine Agerton of Brewton; his wife, Lesley C. Agerton of Brewton; a son, Lucas Aaron Agerton of Brewton; a daughter, Savannah Jane Agerton of Brewton; a step-son, Collin Langford of Brewton; a step-daughter, Meagan Langford of Brewton; a brother, Billy Agerton of Mobile; his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Gerald and Iris Crutchfield of Brewton; a niece and a nephew.
Funeral services were held Monday, Aug. 20, at 11 a.m. at Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home with the Rev. Michael King officiating. Burial followed at Green Acres Cemetery with Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home directing.
