Scheduled to be on hand for the event will be representatives from D.W. McMillan Hospital, the Sickle Cell Foundation, the American Cancer Society, the Department of Public Health, County Extension offices of Escambia and Mobile counties, the American Red Cross and others Waters said.
Along with health-care professionals and educators, Waters said other representatives will be on hand to cover a wide variety of topics.
Along with offering participants a chance to learn more about their current state of health and preventing future health problems, those who attend the fair will have an opportunity to help others.
The Brewton campus of ASU is located at 164 Southern Normal Drive.
The health fair will be held in the administration building on the campus. ASU’s Brewton campus is on the site of the old Southern Normal High School on Kirkland Road just north of Brewton.
