Mrs. Elizabeth “Libby” Bolan Redash, 85, of Appleton, died Saturday, Oct. 13, 2007, in a Santa Rosa health care facility after an extended illness. She was a native and life-long resident of Escambia County. She was a homemaker and a member of Appleton Assembly of God Church. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Patricia Stanley.
She is survived by a son, Jimmy (Mildred) Redash of Brewton; five grandchildren, Shannon Walker, William Redash, Elizabeth Cain, Mitch Redash and Tracey Hataway; and six great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Monday, Oct. 15, at Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home with the Rev. Earnest Cofield officiating. Burial followed at Fort Crawford Cemetery with Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home directing.
