Fake punt leads Miller B team to win over Opp

Telvin Spears had two touchdowns and one on a 40-yard fake punt and Jaren Jackson returned the second half kickoff for 92 yards as T.R. Miller defeated Opp 19-14 Monday night in Brewton.
Spears finished with 63 yards rushing on five carries as Miller totaled 116 yards on offensive.
After giving up an early Opp touchdown, T.R. Miller tied the game at 6-6 with 3:52 left in the second quarter when Spears scored from eight yards out. Opp would then take a 14-6 lead at the half as they scored with 2:34 left.
Jackson took the opening kickoff of the second half to the end zone as he went 92 yards to get Miller within 14-12.
After forcing Opp to punt on their next offensive series, Miller took over at the Opp 47-yard line. After getting down to the 40-yard line, Miller was faced with a fourth-and-18 when Spears took the fake punt and went 40-yards with 1:30 left in the 3rd to give Miller the 19-14 lead. Neither team would score again as Miller went on for the win.
