Officials at BankTrust have announced the promotion of two employees at the Brewton bank.
Debbie Roberson has been promoted to the position of assistant vice president while Kelly Madden has been promoted to assistant branch manager.
Roberson is a 1972 graduate of W.S. Neal High School and also attended Jefferson Davis Community College. She continued her education and is a graduate of Alabama Banking School.
Roberson has been a loyal and dedicated employee of BankTrust for 28 years. She has served the Brewton institution in various capacities and is presently working as the Northside Branch manager and is the Premier 55 coordinator.
Kelly Madden is a graduate of T.R. Miller High School and attended Jefferson Davis Community College.
Madden has been a loyal and dedicated employee of BankTrust for six years. She has worked in various capacities and is presently working as assistant branch manager.
Madden holds a license to sell insurance and fixed annuities. She has been named Employee of the Year for four consecutive years. She also participates in various community activities.
BankTrust of Brewton has three locations including the main branch on Belleville Avenue in downtown Brewton. Branches of the bank include the Northside branch on Douglas Avenue and the East Brewton branch on Forrest Avenue in East Brewton.
