Mr. James Oneil Hall, 53, died Wednesday, Dec. 5, 2007, in a Pensacola hospital. He was a native of Monroeville and had been a resident of Range for most of his life. He was a surveyor by trade, and was of the Baptist faith. He was preceded in death by his parents, William Arthur Blackwell and Mary Louise Blackmon Blackwell.
He is survived by his wife, Angela Hall of Castleberry; two sons, John Hall of McKenzie and Chad Hall of Crestview, Fla.; one daughter, Chasity Ryals of Brewton; a stepson, Andrew Bell of Castleberry; one brother, Darell Hall of Range; four sisters, Alma Jordan and Wanda Green, both of Range, Peggy Baggett of Cumming, Ga., and Emma George of Millbrook; four grandchildren, and the mother of his children, Joyce Chavers.
Funeral services were held Saturday, Dec. 8, at 11 a.m. from the chapel of Craver's Funeral Home with the Rev. Danny Rogers officiating. Burial followed at Hartwood Cemetery with Craver's Funeral Home directing.
