Helen K. Wall, 81, died Friday, Dec. 7, 2007, in a Summerton, S.C., nursing facility.
Mrs. Wall was born in Pollard and had been a resident of Atlanta for many years before moving to Summerton a year ago. She was a bank teller by trade and was of the Christian faith.
She is survived by two sons, James R. Wall of Manning, S.C., and Johnny Ray Wall of Panama City, Fla.; one daughter, Deborah Baxter of Flowery Branch, Ga.; two brothers, Millard F. Gatwood of Gulf Breeze, Fla., and Raymond Gatwood of Slidell, La.; one sister, Evelyn Newberry of Alexander City; seven grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 13, 2007, at the chapel of Craver's Funeral Home with the Rev. Jeff Edwards officiating and Craver's Funeral Home directing. Burial will follow at Catawba Springs Cemetery.
Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. until service time Thursday at Craver's Funeral Home.
