A job you love isn't work

Newspapers certainly aren't anything new. They've been around for as long as I've been alive and probably longer than any of you have been alive. As a matter of fact, The Brewton Standard has been around for more than 100 years. I know that because we celebrated our centennial last year.
I'm certainly proud to be a part of this newspaper. I can't recall a time when I've enjoyed my job quite as much as I am enjoying this one right now.
To prove a point, last week I interviewed William Lee Golden about the Oak Ridge Boys coming back to Brewton for a concert next spring. The interview was nice enough. I've met the singer before, and he's pleasant to talk to and has a wonderful sense of humor. But the part of the interview that I'm referring to is the comment he made about a clich
