Keeping with the theme of recent games, it was the Nakiya Smith show Friday in Brewton as she racked up 20 points and lead the Lady Tigers to a 58-29 win over Monroe County.
While Smith added 20 points in the win, it was a total team effort as 10 other players contributed with points and all contributed to the win.
The Lady Tigers continued runs in the third as they went on a 12-0 run in the third and fourth quarters to take the 29-point win 58-29.
The team will be in action starting Thursday for the Pensacola Catholic Christmas tourney. Play begins at 5:30 Thursday and Friday and at 7:30 on Saturday.
