Mrs. Pauline Brantley Hubbard, 76, died Monday, Jan. 7, 2008, at a local hospital.
She was a native of Brewton and a resident of Nokomis for the past 51 years.
She was retired from Monsanto with more than 31 years of service.
She was preceded in death by four brothers and three sisters.
She is survived by her husband of 51 years, Stephen B. “Buck” Hubbard of Nokomis; her son, Kenneth (Darlene) Thompson of Brewton; three grandchildren, Michelle Hutchins, Stephani Mullins and Kristin Kennedy, all of Brewton; three great-grandchildren; a brother-in-law, Wayne (Linda) Hubbard of Nokomis; a sister-in-law, Margaret Hubbard Johnson of Perdido; a number of nieces and nephews; and a special care giver, Deloris Ryals of Atmore.
Funeral services were held Friday, Jan. 11, at 10 a.m. at the Petty-Eastside Chapel Funeral Home with the Rev. C.L. Langford and the Rev. Michael Soobe officiating. Burial followed at Oak Hill Cemetery with Petty-Eastside Chapel Funeral Home directing.
Pallbearers were Ray Capps, David Brantley, Gary Brantley, Darik Brantley, Ralph Tucker and Todd Hubbard.
