David Robert Fouts

Mr. David Robert Fouts, 49, died Monday, Feb. 11, 2008, at his residence after an extended illness. He was a native of Brewton, a former resident of New Orleans, Auburn and Tuscaloosa before moving to Boaz. He was a member of Brewton First United Methodist Church, a 1976 graduate of T.R. Miller High School, attended Auburn University and was employed by Jabsco Oil Operating, LLC in Tuscaloosa.
He is survived by two daughters, Adrian Laura Fouts and Leslie Fouts, both of Double Springs; three brothers, Bill Fouts of Pensacola, Fla., Tom Fouts of Birmingham and Charlie Fouts of LayFayette, La.; three sisters, Martha Fouts Gund of Pensacola, Susan Fouts Albertolli of Brewton, and Beth Fouts Mattox of Boaz; and 12 nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held Friday, Feb. 15, at 2 p.m. at Brewton First United Methodist Church with the Rev. Ed Glaize officiating. Burial followed at Union Cemetery with Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home directing.
