Mrs. Ruth Rigby Jackson, 83, died Friday, Feb. 15, 2008, at Century Care Center. She was a native of Conoe, and was a life long resident of Flomaton. She had worked as a realtor and was a member of the Garden Club, Eastern Star, and Flomaton First Baptist Church.
She is survived by a son, John M. (Gahan Bailey) Locklier of Mobile; a daughter, Judy (James Richard) Snyder of Enterprise; two sisters, Elizabeth Ellis of East Brewton, and Carolyn Hassebrock of Cantonment, Fla.; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Graveside funeral services were held Monday, Feb. 18, at 2 p.m. at Flomaton Cemetery with Dr. Jerry Keese officiating and Flomaton Funeral Home directing.
