Brewton City Schools students will go to school two extra days before the Thanksgiving holiday, but they'll have two more days off in the second semester, according to a calendar accepted by the school board Monday.
Teachers will begin work Aug. 1, with students returning Aug. 6. Thanksgiving break will be Nov. 26-28, and winter break from Dec. 22-Jan. 2.
