JDCC baseball drops two

The JDCC Warhawk baseball team fropped to 8-7 on the year after dropping two games this week.
JDCC dropped a 10-6 decision to Okaloosa Walton Community College in Niceville and then dropped a 17-2 game to the Pensacola Junior College Pirates at home on Wednesday.
JDCC was scheduled to travel to Mobile over the weekend for a Friday and Saturday game.
The Warhawks will continue their road trip next Friday and Saturday when they head to Wadley to face Southern Union.
JDCC will be back at home on Tuesday, March 11 for a nine inning game against Jefferson State.
The game will begin at 1 p.m. at JDCC Warhawk field.
JDCC 2, PJC 17
The JDCC Warhawks dropped to 8-7 on the season on Wednesday when they dropped a 17-2 decision to Pensacola Junior College.
JDCC scored one run in the bottom of the first inning. They would continue their winning ways as they stormed back and scored six runs in the fourth inning and eight in the fifth to roll to the 15-point win.
JDCC only recorded two hits in the loss.
JDCC 6, OW 10
The Jefferson Davis Warhawk baseball team took a 10-6 loss to Okaloosa Walton to fall to 8-6 on the year.
Okalossa Walton scored six runs in the bottom of the third inning to add to their 4-3 lead and take a 10-3 lead in the game.
JDCC's Warhawks scored two in the fourth and one in the sixth to cut the lead to 10-6.
Matthew Stokes took the loss on the mound for the Warhawks. Matthews went three innings allowing nine hits, 10 runs (eight earned), walking one and striking out one.
Ben Negus was 2-for-4 at the plate as Cordaro Lindsey was 3-for-5 to lead the Warhawks.
Hunter Norris, Cody Turner, and Cody White added two hits each as White had two RBIs to lead the team.
