Mr. Aubrey Harris, 80, died Saturday, March 1, 2008, in a Mobile hospital. He was a native and life long resident of the Brewton area. He was retired from T.R. Miller Mill Company where he worked as a box designer, and was a member of First Assembly of God Church in East Brewton.
He is survived by his wife, Grace Harris of Brewton; two sons, Jerry R. (Claudia) Harris and Larry W. Harris both of Brewton; and four grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, March 4, at 10 a.m. at the chapel of Craver's Funeral Home with the Rev. Jeff Scurlock and the Rev. Willie Hart officiating. Burial followed at Odom Cemetery with Craver's Funeral Home directing. Pallbearers were John Teal, David Harris, Jeremy Harris, Jerome Harris, Rondal Howell and Jim Manning. Honorary pallbearers were Larry Mantel and Charles Scurlock.
