Mrs. Deborah Nell Padgett Rowell, 54, of Pine Ridge Lane, died suddenly Friday, April 11, 2008. She was a native and life-long resident of Brewton. She attended Bethel Mennonite Church and was retired from Jefferson-Smurfit with 20 years of service.
She is survived by her mother, Dorothy Fuqua Padgett of Brewton; a son, Kirk Thompson of Brewton; two daughters, Terri Thomas and Tracey Thompson (Jason Sawyer) Lee, both of Brewton; one brother, Russell D. Padgett Jr. of Brewton; four grandchildren, Autum Lee, Star Brazile, Blake Sawyer and Gavin Galloway; and other friends and family.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, April 15, at 11 a.m. at Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home with Brother John Kemp and Brother Doug Greer officiating. Burial followed at Fuqua-Haveard Cemetery with Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home directing.
